Our garden is really producing...for the most part!!
It was a total miss with our squash. We did get 3 great squash(they were very yummy), but then it seemed all our squash plants died. We had 4 mounds with several squash seeds. They looked so promising in the beginning. Several flowers bloomed and it seemed we would have tons of squash. But we were only given 3 squash. The rest shriveled and died.
Can you see the tiny yellow thing amongst the dead plant? That is a shriveled squash.
We got a small amount of green beans too. But it seems they are done growing. The plants still look good, but no more green beans are popping up.
Our jalapeno & banana pepper plants are doing great. We have gotten a ton of them. I will be canning the banana peppers in the next day or 2. The jalapenos we took 16 of them to my mom's last week & Jason made his yummy stuffed jalapenos. And we still have a ton of those growing.
The tomatoes look GREAT!! We have a whole bunch of green ones. And each day I go out and pick 2-3 almost ready to eat. I have been picking them a little before they are totally ripe to prevent birds & squirrels from eating them. We have enjoyed delicious home grown tomatoes on our sandwiches the last couple of days. Along with my favorite BLT's. We will be taking a few to our 4th of July BBQ this weekend. And I am really holding out that we will have enough to can our own tomato soup, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, & homemade salsa.

I'm so impressed! Your tomatoes look vibrant and delicious...and, best of all, they're completely chemical-free. Yay!
